Age Requirement

These Terms and Conditions govern use of polarisrejuvenation.com and the messaging programs operated by EnLite Clinics LLC, doing business as Polaris Rejuvenation (“Polaris Rejuvenation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate, affirmative consent is required to join a text-message program.
Polaris Rejuvenation SMS Programs
Polaris Rejuvenation offers: (1) recurring marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, promotions, and service updates; and (2) non-marketing text messages about appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, requested information, and customer-care responses. Each program requires a separate optional opt-in. Message frequency varies.
Consent and Eligibility
You must provide a valid mobile number and affirmatively select the applicable unchecked consent box. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number provided.
Opting Out and Rejoining
You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will no longer send messages for that program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit the applicable opt-in form again or otherwise complete an approved opt-in process.

Rates, Frequency, and Delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your selections, appointments, and interactions. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available on all devices or in all areas.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
